  • What areas do you currently lend?

    We're currently lending in Alabama, Georgia, Tennessee, and Texas. However, on a case by case basis, we will lend in cities that are in the top 200 MSAs of the USA.

  • What are your preferred property types?

    • 1-4 unit residential (non-owner occupied)
    • 5-10 unit multifamily
    • Small commercial
  • Do you finance raw land?

    No. Land must fully permitted and ready to go into vertical construction at the time of our loan.

  • Can I invest using an IRA or 401K?

    Absolutely. Self directed IRAs and 401K rollovers are great ways to invest in real estate. We have partnerships with financial advisors that can assist with the legal setup.

  • Can I use business credit for down payment?

    Absolutely. We can even help you secure credit lines up to $100,000 that can be used for your down payment. This is a great way to get up to 100% financing for your deal.

  • Do I need an active business to get a loan?

    Yes, we require all our loans are closed in a corporate entity. You can not close a loan with us in your personal name.

  • Can you help me find a property?

    Yes. We work with local agents and sellers to identify on and off market deals that will meet your investment criteria.

  • Do you have resources to help with rehab?

    Yes. We have local rehab and construction management teams ready and available to help with your project. We can make this a completely passive investment for you.

  • Do you know of any good property managers?
